wooden boat on dunes

The title of this year’s material prepared by Churches in Malta and Gozo, is “Unusual Kindness”, exploring the theme of hospitality, especially in the context of Malta as the location of St Paul’s shipwreck (Acts 27 – 28) and contemporary experience of seeking to welcome refugees.

The Broughty Ferry Churches Group service will be at 12 noon on Thursday in St Mary’s Episcopal Church (Queen Street, DD5 1AJ).  All are warmly welcome to this service and to other ecumenical acts of worship during the Week.

Lunch after worship 17th January 2020

There will be a Faith Lunch after worship next Sunday when the new Chair of the District, Rev Mark Slaney, is leading our worship for the first time; this will give Mark and us a chance to get to know each other, and also to provide a further opportunity for us all to sit and talk.  Please bring food to share with others if possible; please label all ingredients so that those with special dietary needs can decide whether the item is suitable for them.
