Dundee Methodist Church

21 November 2010

Next Sunday: 28 November 2010 - Advent 1

11 am
Worship led by Mrs Marcia Mackenzie

We give the assurance of our thoughts and prayers to all who are unwell, awaiting or undergoing treatment, or anxious or grieving for the loss of loved ones.

Lunch Today

Today there is a “Faith Lunch” after worship to give an opportunity to meet people new to the Dundee area, especially students - and to have chance for longer chat with others also! Please stay if you have the time, even if this invitation is an unexpected one

The Bible

Thought is being given to ways in which we can ALL respond to the invitation to churches throughout the UK to revitalise our own reading and appreciation of the Bible during 2011, which marks the 400th anniversary of the King James Version.

If you have any ideas or material, please contact the Rev Mary Patterson, or any member of the Church Council or Pastoral Committee.

UNICEF Jars of Grace

Mary F. will be pleased to receive any outstanding Jars in the next few weeks. Those already received have brought in over £150 for this appeal.
