Circuit News - Stationing Process

Intimation was given in all the Circuit Churches last Sunday to the following effect:

Keith Pearson, as Senior Circuit Steward, wishes to intimate that the person suggested by Stationing Group as our Circuit Superintendent Minister from 1st September 2010 declined this proposal in advance of the meetings last Friday. The Circuit Meeting, after due consideration, unanimously offered the Superintendency to the Rev Mary Patterson who has accepted it for a 5 year period.

The Circuit Invitation Committee is now focussed on the invitation process for appointment of a Prebyter (Minister); our prayerful support is invited for the CIC and all involved, including the Rev Lily Twist (Chair of District) and Eileen Cox (District Lay Stationing Representative).
