We give the assurance of our thoughts and prayers to all who are unwell, awaiting or undergoing treatment, or anxious or grieving for the loss of loved ones.

New Venture for Young People

As an outcome of previous conversations in the Children's Work Group and Pastoral Committee, this opportunity for our young people to meet together is being offered on a Sunday evening once a month, starting on Sunday 17th May at 6.30 pm. Rev Mary Patterson would be pleased to hear from anyone interested in supporting her in this.

Methodist Ministers Housing Society

“The Society provides accommodation for retired Methodist ministers, deacons, spouses and widowers. The Society began 60 years ago with the gift of a manor house and land at Barrow-on-Trent and now owns almost 1,000 properties throughout the UK. These are home to those who did not have the resource to purchase a property on retirement. We give assistance to about 40 ministers/deacons each year as they retire as well as enabling about 12 existing Society tenants each year to move to more suitable accommodation when circumstances change.” www.mmhs.org.uk
