Next Sunday
- 10.45 am
- Worship and General Church Meeting conducted by the Rev Mary Patterson
We give the assurance of our thoughts and prayers to all who are unwell, awaiting or undergoing treatment, or anxious or grieving for the loss of loved ones.
Crèche Location
It has been suggested and generally agreed that the crèche on a Sunday morning now meet in the back downstairs room, to provide more space for “the wee ones”.
General Church Meeting
Worship next Sunday will begin at 10.45 am and is being arranged to include sharing
thoughts about our life together and necessary GCM business. Time will be allocated for
- conversation about how we are meeting our calling as Methodists to “respond to the Gospel of God's love in Christ and to live out its discipleship in worship and mission”
- appointments of Church Stewards and representatives to the Church Council
- reports
- consideration of responses to 'What Sort of Bishops?' (summary available today).
If there are other matters which you wish to raise, please let Mary Patterson or Moriamo know during this week.
Provision will be made for children to remain upstairs so that everyone may be included throughout.
